Regency Park

Regency Park is a pleasant residential community, located in Anderson County, South Carolina, known for its well-maintained homes and friendly neighbors. The neighborhood has a park area that features a community playground and pavilion and is maintained by residents and a voluntary homeowners’ association. The homeowners’ association is an independent, nonprofit organization managed by a Board of Directors, whose mission is to enhance the residents’ quality of life by maintaining common areas and upholding the community’s Covenants.

Anderson is also only 30 minutes from the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, an hour and a half from Atlanta, GA, as well as Asheville, NC, 5 hours from Myrtle Beach, SC, 2 hours from the Master’s Golf Tournament in Augusta, GA, and only an hour away from the Appalachian Trail.
