VOLUNTARY ANNUAL DUES

  support the following:

😊  PAYING THE ELECTRIC BILL

       for entrance and street lights.

😊  PAYING INSURANCE ON THE PARK & PAVILION.

😊  PAYING FOR UPKEEP and BEAUTIFICATION

       of the ENTRANCE, PARK, AND  PAVILION .

😊  PAYING COMMITTEES expenses,

       such as welcome baskets for new homeowners.

😊  PAYING EXPENSES FOR SOCIAL ACTIVITIES,

       such as an Easter Egg Hunt, Annual Picnic,

       Community Yard-Sale Promotion, and 

       Christmas Cookie Exchange.

😊  PAYING OTHER NECESSARY FINANCIAL

       OBLIGATIONS OF THE SUBDIVISION.

 We need everyone’s participation to

increase property values and 

to keep the neighborhood attractive and 

appealing to prospective homeowners.
